We stand by what we sell. Every new bicycle comes with a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing or material defects. If it’s faulty, we’ll repair or replace it — no hassle, no hidden terms.
Our mechanics are cyclists too. When you bring in your bike, we don’t just fix the problem — we explain it. You'll get clear, honest advice about what your bike really needs — with no pushy upselling.
Need your bike for work or workouts? If repairs take longer, we’ve got your back. We’ll lend you a courtesy bike, so you’re never stuck waiting.
